Programs & Services

Infant Wellness Program

The Infant Wellness Team provides support to families prenatally and with children 0-6. Workers will provide in-home support (post-natal wellness visits, infant essential needs supplies, meal planning, pre/postnatal vouchers, breast/bottle feeding support, cleaning, establishing routines, providing educational awareness on various topics such as Infant Mental Health, secure attachment, etc.) and group programming (Calm Cool Connected, Making The Connection, Talk & Task, Family Kitchens, etc.). We offer a prenatal vouchers program throughout the year. Please connect with one of our Infant Wellness Staff for more information. You can also take a look at our Facebook Prevention page at the link below to see what we have to offer.

Every expecting parent and parents of children 0 to 6 are welcome to our programming activities. You don’t necessarily have to be a client of the Prevention House one to one service to participate in the other activities we have through Infant Wellness. If you have any questions on how to access our programs, please reach out to our staff at the House.
